The cotton is the current largest scale of economic crops planted in Xiniang. With the continuous development of science and technology,in recent years Xiniang become to develop quickest cotton area in our country. At after time,Xiniang will continue to do strong cotton a predominance industry, along with cotton industry of continuously strong; the spinning industry continuously rises to the cotton demand and the quality request. But some problem of cotton in Xiniang still exists, example:unsteady yield, unbalanced fertilizer applied, low fertilizer utilization etc.The research select Agriculture 2nd Division 33 Regiment in which lint yield beyond 3000 kg·hm-2 continuously for three years to carry on research of cotton Nutrition Property.33 Regiment locate on Tarim River downstream and Trim basin interior region and it is cottons produce heavy crops of Agriculture 2nd Division, which ecosystem environment weak, agriculture technique is flourishing, population is more, often the year dry and little rain, and earth's surface water can be make use of is missing. The region soil nutrient characteristic and cotton produce have important meaning to the economic and cotton production of other each crops of Agriculture 2nd Division. For the sake of the better servicing agriculture, carrying out big area cotton high-yield,we hope this research can be basic to control cotton field in which lint yield beyond 3000 kg·hm-2 soil dynamic variety regulation and plant nutrient property, reference and use for reference of cotton production decision-making will be provided for each Regiment in south of Xiniang.Through the in the field for a year experiment, indoor analysis, the first step gets a following result:To carry out cotton high yield,it is promised that the soil basic fertility can satisfy a request first, the 0~20cm soil organic matter is around 1.30g·kg-1.when the high-yield cotton beat crest in the seedling, have to have certain growing tendency and plant height; After beating crest, plant height is around the 75cm.Then can keep up the down bells 48% is or so,inside bells 74%be or so.The realization keep up amount of bell and increase bell heavy, raise single plant yield.Study indicate that the yield of upwards lint 3000 kg·hm-2 is not always gained,if total quantity of NPK fertilizer applied is much;but the one of important factor of effecting cotton high yield is lack of quantity of fertilizer applied, shortage of N fertilizer quantity. The NPK nutrient quantity applied show that the PK nourishment of the cotton farmland of high yield mainly comes from soil, the nitrogen nourishment mainly depends on apply fertilizer. The accumulations of N,P2O5,K2O in cotton plant could be described by Logistic curve equation. The fastest time of nutrient uptake was at about 90 days for N,92 days for P2O5,85 days for K2O,And the cotton plant uptook 60%nutrient during this period.Total accumulation was N 515.3 kg.hm-2,P2O5 126.6 kg.hm-2,K2O 591.9 kg.hm-2 respectively. Aproxi-mately 15.19kg N,3.60kg P2O5 and 16.29 kg K2O were needed for producing per 100 kg lint and N:P2O5:K2O=1:0.25:1.15 under the super high yield condition of 3000kg.hm-2 in Xiniang. The biggest time of dry matter accumulating velocity of the overturming film dripping irrigate high yield cotton is to,and appear after the cotton seedling 101 day to keep on 56 day.Increase the quickest nourishment organ is the leaf every day,the contribution of caulis is the bigest for cotton dry matter. The increasing of the bell is quickest among the reproductive organs every day,the contribution of the cottonseed is the bigest for cotton dry matter. The biggest accumulating velocity of total dry matter appear in bell period.
