Today,with the rapid development of industrialization Motor vehicle emissions account for over 30% of the urban air pollutant.As a kind of clean energy with high heating value,natural gas vehicles can reduce the air pollution emission greatly and improve the urban environmental quality instead of petrol vehicles.It can also adjust the structure of urban transportation equipment energy at the same time.The preferential development of natural gas vehicles is an effective way to control the urban air pollutant.Therefore,striving to develop the gas station construction has a positive impact on environmental protection and social development.To speed up the network construction of Beijing natural gas filling station,natural gas vehicles will be vigorously promoted,and the market space of natural gas enterprises and natural gas vehicle industry is very broad.At the same time,Beijing automobile exhaust emissions will be greatly reduced,air quality will be improved,and the operation cost of taxis and buses will be greatly reduced,which will promote the development of social economy.The implementation of the project can also alleviate the unreasonable layout of the Beijing gas station,the difficulty of gas filling and other contradictions,and promote social harmony.But the gas station designing in the past was lack of unified standard.Meanwhile,predecessors was short of deeply research on site selection,construction design and operations management.Based on the theory and practice,this paper has carried on systematic research on gas supply selection,gas station site selection,general layout and transportation design,process plan,automatic control design,utility engineering and fire protection design.Furthermore,the paper gives some constructive suggestions on the gas station development direction in the future.In addition,this paper also has researched on design and construction of the gas station and analyzed its economic benefit,risk and social benefit.The research shows that gas station construction benefits exhaust emission control and environmental improvement.It should be vigorously promoted.
