| With the reform of China's electric power system and the planning and construction of smart grid,the competition among power enterprises becomes more and more fierce.Power enterprises must reduce operating costs in order to obtain the maximum competitive advantage and living space.And improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of power equipment,but also to reduce the cost of electricity business is one of the most important ways.Based on this,the thesis makes a systematic analysis on the evaluation of the state of relay protection.Specifically,the main contents include the following aspects.First,this paper outlines the research background,the purpose and significance of this thesis,a brief overview of the related research at home and abroad.Then the existing relay protection and detection technology,the relay protection field operation,the maintenance of the project content and operation process of a more systematic analysis.On this basis,combined with practical work experience,the common relay protection accidents and the causes of the accident were summarized and analyzed.Then,the state evaluation method of relay protection based on fuzzy theory is proposed.The fuzzy hierarchy process is used to assign the weight of each evaluation factor.At the same time,the membership function of each evaluation factor is established,and the relay protection state evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed.Finally,the implementation and management of state maintenance of relay protection,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.The paper believes that the electric power enterprise must first build a reasonable system,to ensure the effective implementation of relay protection work.Secondly,to improve security measures,including the state overhaul management,personnel,technology and the implementation of security measures to implement.The relay protection state maintenance standardization management. |
