The instantaneous gas taking a structure work under the impact of the pressure load simulation for target,CFD numerical simulation and experimental research method combined with theory analysis,mathematical modeling,programming calculation,and the gas impact process was studied.Test scheme is proposed for simulating gas shock test process and the pressure change at the beginning of the chamber(i.e.gas shock environment simulation tool)the pressure change was calculated,using CFD software Fluent to simulate the impact of gas,results show that at the beginning of the chamber pressure change trend and the target curve is consistent,verify the feasibility of the scheme.The influence of each parameter on the pressure curve is analyzed by the single factor and multi factor analysis.Before the commissioning of the test system,the test pressure correction is calculated and the parameters are adjusted according to the calculated parameters.After four tests,the pressure curve of the primary chamber can meet the requirements of the upper and lower limits of the pressure curve simulation.The calculation method of the test pressure is proposed and verified by the test results.The basic principles and calculation methods for the design of gas impact test system are discussed.Through the study of this paper,it can provide guidance and reference for the theoretical analysis,calculation and design method of gas impact process.
