This dissertation makes a detailed study on several aspects of basic theories of fluid transients in hydropower station systems and design of initial software is carried out.Firstly, a summary has been made on the advances in basic theories of fluid transients, then puts forward main ideas to be discussed in the paper.Secondly, reasonable selection of common time step A t is a problem when make numerical computation to transients in pressurized piping systems. In the light of this problem, the dissertation inquires into reasonable selection of common time step A t, analyses the deficiency of present ways to select A t, presents a more accurate and effective new way to optimally select A t and gives an computational example to prove the way correct.Thirdly, by using similarity of equal efficiency curve of turbine model, it puts forward a way of adding equal efficiency curve in low efficiency area, which provides an accurate way to deal with data for interpolation from high efficiency area to low efficiency area. Finally, by applying original Fortran77 program and programming in a way of mixing Fortran with VB, it is possible to make programs which operate in Dos operate in Windows and makes it more convenient to manipulate. The curve-drawing program in VB language is added to computational software on fluid transients in hydropower station systems, which makes it more easy to analyze the computational result in time and compile scientific research papers. |
