| Construction quality supervision,as a basic system of engineering quality management system in our country,has developed and improved continuously.And the effectiveness of supervision has improved continuously.The supervision mechanism has gradually changed from the main responsibility for law enforcement body.Supervision mode has changed from the verification system to record system gradually.The quality behavior of every construction body get further standardized.In view of the current construction market and the construction form,there are still many problems.The construction quality supervision is not perfect.Process,mode and method of quality supervision needs to further transform.Supervision system needs to be further improved.This paper mainly studies the problems and improvement measures of Yantai construction quality supervision system.The purpose is to further improve the existing quality supervision system and to ensure the quality of construc tion projects be steadily improved.First of all,It studies the construction project quality supervision system in our country at present.And it is also analyzes its contents,methods and trends,understanding the existing problems of current system.Then,the article analyzes the current quality supervision system of developed countries,including the United States,France and Germany.Analyzes the supervision model of these countries,and finds out their advantages and strengths.To be used for reference to make up for the deficiency of the quality supervision system of construction projects in China.Then,taking the quality supervision system of construction project in Yantai city as the case analysis,and summarizes the focus work of quality supervisio n in 2016 of Yantai city.It finds out the existing problems.Combining with our country's existing problems and external supervision model,Puts forward the improvement of the quality supervision system of Yantai C ity.Finally,the paper summarizes the research contents and prospects. |
