In recent years,along with the improvement of rural electrification and the development of modern agriculture,the demand for electricity has been increasing rapidly.However for a long time,the construction of the power grid is independent of each other in urban and rural areas?This cause a lots of compatibility problems such as standard and equipment.The realization of the integration of urban and rural power supply and service need to solve this problem.This article analyzed the status and problems existed in Junan grid based on the specific conditions in Junan district.The load forecasting and system analysis indicate that it is necessary to construct 110 kV Substation in West of Junan.This paper give an overall solution which mainly included as following aspects:Aiming at the development of integration of urban and rural power supply problems in the construction,the design and construction of 110 kV substation of Huaihai as an opportunity,first with Junan county total electricity consumption growth,the growth rate of GDP,users of capital expansion plans are reasonable factors such as load forecasting and system analysis,discusses the necessity of the construction of Western Junan 110 kV substation the.Secondly,through the extensive collection of information,according to the standards of the power industry,the national Power Grid Corp substation construction standards for the standardized design of a system,two system and civil engineering,to solve the traditional substation area size,the two screen cabinet system configuration is not reasonable,the problems of civil construction standards are not uniform.Through the extensive data collection and Analysis on the short-circuit current of each circuit system are calculated,each interval of electrical parameters were determined,the scientific and reasonable clear the design requirements of the standard selection of substation equipment,the system equipment standardization scheme.And the practice in the construction of a substation system,two Huaihai system construction,civil construction etc..Taking into account the needs of the transformation of intelligent substation in the future,the two side of the new small current line selection system,10 kV standby power automatic switching device for the future of intelligent transformation to provide the basis.Considering the characteristics of county-level cities and county power supply enterprise and combine theory with practice,the primary equipment selection,the secondary protection configuration scheme is optimized compared to typical design.Junan 110 KV Substation can provide reference value for substation standardization construction in Junan and even county-level cities in the future...
