110kV Substation Smartness Upgrade Technology Research And Application In Suqian Power Grid

So far, IEC 61850 is the international standard of substation communication technology. The standard has been widely used in intelligent substation. It’s a revolution of substation technology, it has changed the developing direction of the future substation technology, it will have a profound impact on the construction and reconstruction of the substation in china. China In new intelligent substation also faces the problem of tough questions that intelligent transformation of traditional conventional substation, urgent based on the condition of conventional substation technologies already have, in-depth study on Intelligent upgrading implementation.Based on the current situation in Suqian grid substation operation and construction status, this paper analyzed the needs and difficulties faced by Miaotou Grid 110kV substation intelligent transformation, discussed and summarized the key technology and the difficult issues of 110kV conventional substation intelligent transformation, and by 110kV Suqian substation as an example, designed a practical intelligence reform program.Firstly, the paper through the comparison of intelligent substation and conventionalsubstation, according to the standard system of the smart substation design, summarized the key technologies and the technical characteristics involved in intelligent substation.Secondly, the paper concise analysis of difficult problems and generation mechanism faced by conventional substation intelligent transformation, combined with the actual situation in Suqian grid, makes appropriate disposition strategy for the study of all kinds of difficult problems.Finally, the paper takes the Suqian power grid 110kV Miaotou substationas as an example, starting with the construction of typically intelligent substation equipment such as electronic transformers, intelligent terminals, merged cells, etc., IEC61850 protocols and it’s critical applications, and makes a modest advance technology, but also to ensure safe, reliable, economically viable the transformation program design.Results of this study will help improve the Suqian power grid 110kV conventional substation intelligent transformation level, it has realistic significance to the development of smart grid.
