| Intelligent mobile substation belongs to a special substation power system. It is effective emergency power supply equipment. It can quickly replace conventional substation in accidents, repair, substation renovation, natural disasters, mining, etc and play an important role in the emergency power supply. How to improve voltage levels, capacity and reliability of smart mobile substation and reduce the size of the size of smart mobile substation are currently the most urgent problems to be solved.This paper focuses on the study of mobile substation to design a HOkV intelligent mobile substation. In this paper, we generate a general framework for the first electrical part the design, which includes the main transformer, the GIS and medium-voltage cabinet, to control the first electrical part and transfer voltage effectively. As used herein, the special SFZ11-20MVA transfer and HGIS were adopted to reduce the size and weight significantly while increasing the sealing, shock resistance and stability. We fill medium-voltage cabinet with SF6 gas to insulate, which has strong seismic performance, compact switchgear structure and reducing the volume and weight effectively. HGIS and medium-voltage cabinet have intelligent terminals that can detect and control the system status to achieve intelligent controllable purposes. In terms of stability, we use advanced zinc-oxide surge arresters to prevent lightning damage; Fire, dust, dirt and corrosion resistant are considered in all devices and they all sealed using whole cabinet package, or isolated with insulation equipments; transformer, the GIS and medium-voltage cabinet go through the earthquake and seismic tests, which can resist vibration during travel trailer effectively, thereby greatly enhancing the stability and reliability of mobile substations.The secondary electrical part of the system can be generally divided into station control layer, the spacer layer, the process layer. This paper will equip automation system according to three-tier equipment, two-layer network structure, which will fulfill informatization, automation and interaction in the mobile substation. Protection and control integration and switch online monitoring are realized in the secondary electrical part. A low-chassis ladder trailer is used to load the first electrical part and a container truck for the secondary equipments to accommodate the complex road conditions and reduce trailer turning radius. Shock absorbers, sealing and corrosion and other performance requirements are all considered in the container system, which ensure stability of the mobile substation.We assembled and concocted the equipments and completed the design of HOkV high-voltage intelligent mobile substation. |
