Application Research Of Finished Units In The Construction Of Traditional Industrial Park Facilities

At present,the wave of low-carbon construction is filled in the world,and the concept of sustainable development has becoming the common goal of all of life.With the continuous progress of urbanization in China,the gradual decline of urban traditional industrial center is facing renovation,how to use the architectural heritage scientifically become an unavoidable problem of architects.Due to the rapid development of society,the urban economic structure is facing a transformation,coupled with the rapid expansion of urban construction in the plane led to the city to reduce the amount of available land resources.In contrast,the traditional industrial center land use efficiency is insufficient,the sustainable development of urban economy needs to find new space.All kinds of economic and social factors,gave the traditional industrial park to provide a favorable opportunity for renovation.Based on the above situation,this paper based on the concept of sustainable development,puts forward the concept of finished product unit from the perspective of construction industry,tries to build the space of traditional industrial areas by industrialized product unit,improve the negative space,to create a space that has a pleasant scale.Due to the large number of containers that withdraw from the freight industry,the rational use of these ready-made recyclable finished product unit industrial products and the park achieve a seamless docking.This paper mainly discusses the container unit as an example.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first chapter introduces the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,the related concepts,the research methods,the current research situation at home and abroad and the paper framework.The second chapter begins to introduce the historical evolution of the traditional industrial park renovation and the main transformation mode and direction,and lay the foundation for the construction of the facilities with different functional types.The third chapter mainly discusses the restrictive factors of the renovation process of the traditional industrial areas,which is the basis for the intervention of the finished product unit from the two aspects of the traditional industrial areas and the creative industry center itself.And then analyzed the advantages of the finished product unit in the transformation.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the characteristics of container unit and its application field.The fifth chapter mainly takes the container finished unit as an example,mainly introduces its application method in the traditional industrial center.First of all,from the traditional industrial areas layout analysis of the possibility of building,followed by the introduction of the method and the specific content and process.Chapter six combines the actual case analysis the combination of the finished product unit in the traditional industrial areas facilities.The seventh chapter is the development direction and application scope of the finished product unit.Finally,the conclusions and prospects.The main purpose of this paper is to re-explore the transformation process of traditional industrial areas from a new perspective,and try to find the opportunities for the application of finished product units.
