Construction project cost control is the main purpose of the plan.It need check the tracking cost in certain engineering cycle of continuous occurrence,reasonable control of labor costs,material costs and other indirect costs.Each kind of construction raw materials has a fixed price in the premise of ensuring the quality of projects.It is necessary to study the construction process cost control methods and cost control model to enhance the construction cost,and the whole process of information analysis and strengthen accounting work.So do fine project cost settlement is need.For the real estate development projects,the earned value method,total life cycle cost control concept in actual cost management application,to explore a set of scientific and reasonable applicability of the cost control system,help the real estate development project managers to better carry out the project cost management,it is very necessary.Taking into account every real estate development projects have their expected cost control objectives,but what kind of ways and means to achieve this goal,and as far as possible to achieve cost savings,it is particularly important.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows: firstly,the paper described the background and significance,summarized the domestic and foreign research on the present situation of cost control,put forward the main research contents and methods,the thesis expounds the route;secondly,it analyzed the project cost control concept,characteristics and principles,analyzed the basic content of the cost control of the project and the basic method;thirdly,it took Shandong high speed logistics group office building project as an example,the basic situation and cost budgeting are analyzed;then,the Shandong high speed logistics group office building project cost were calculated,through the calculation and determination of the Earned Value Analysis of three basic parameters,calculation of effective report points plan value measurement and statistics obtained the actual cost and actual project earned value to the earned value analysis and cost assessment.Finally,it analyzed the causes of project cost and schedule overruns of the project cost management based on earned value analysis conclusion,mainly in the early did not develop and implement specific cost control objectives,cost management is not in place,the construction site materials management and use of resources scheduling work is not in place,because the process after the completion of the protective measures in place leading to increased construction costs,rework five aspects no more effective implementation of saving incentives,and then puts forward specific measures,should develop and implement strict project cost control objectives,strengthen the project cost management,pay attention to the project construction site management,completes the project,after the completion of the strict implementation of protection work saving incentives.Through this study,we hope to provide theoretical guidance andcountermeasures for the better development of cost control work in the office building project of Shandong high speed logistics group.
