Research On Servo System Of AC Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based On DSP

Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of easy to operate,high efficiency,cost-effective,mainly used for fast response,wide speed range,accurate positioning of high-performance servo drive system.At present it get a very wide range of applications in the aerospace,electric vehicles,home appliances industry industrial control and other fields,especially in the environment of the country advocate vigorously,the rapid rise of energy-saving cars make the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor reached a new height.In this paper,the research object selected the 60CB020 C model motor,in order to improve the response speed of the system and performance of tracking,designed the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system based on DSP.The specific work of this paper is:(?)Firstly,introduced the importance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system.Secondly,introduced the mathematical model of the motor in detail,after comparing a variety of advanced strategies,we choosed the vector control method based on id=0,and explain the working principle of SVPWM.(?)Designed the three closed-loop controllers of servo system,the traditional PI design was introduced into the current loop,the adaptive sliding mode structure was introduced into the speed loop,the position loop used the feed-forward PI compound control,and the three closed-loop control were simulated and analyzed,which provided the theoretical basis for the actual operation.(?)Designed the system hardware circuit.Mainly to the control circuit,the main power circuit,power drive circuit,DSP peripheral circuits,signal detection and conditioning circuits and other auxiliary circuits,etc.(?)Designed the system software.Block-based design was used for the software,and completed programming,at last,completed the system debugging on the basis of hardware and software.
