AC Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) servo system is used more and more widely, such as industrial controllers and household appliances.It has been the important domain of the domestic and foreign research and application. Full-digital controlled AC PMSM servo system is the trend, which uses high quality control strategy based on DSP and is greatly convenient to realize intelligent control strategies.The purpose of this paper is to develop an experiment platform of full-digital PMSM servo system based on DSP, which can provide a platform for further research and a choice for cheaper with enough performance project application.Firstly, the general development situation of PMSM servo system is introduced. Then the mathematical model of PMSM is founded. after that the rotor magnetic field-oriented vector control, SVPWM, current circle, speed circle and position circle is analyzed and the simulation research based on Matlab/Simulink is completed, which validates the feasibility and correctness of control theory and provides the theory basis for the realization and debugging of real system.Based on the theory and simulation of the analysis, the full-digital servo system hardware platform was designed using TI's DSP-TMS320LF2407A as the control core and intelligent power module IRAMS10UP60A as the power switch unit. The modularization applied in system software and control program was completed in assemble language based on the hardware platform.Finally, the experiment results has been obtained, which indicate that the control system can achieve good dynamic and static drive performances, and which prove that the theories and the simulation analysis are correct and pave the way for future research and application.
