Energy crisis is becoming the world's common problems faced by all countries,countries are also trying their best to explore ways to save energy,especially primary energy.At the same time,environmental pollution is also troubling every country,reducing carbon emissions,protecting the atmosphere has become the focus of attenti on in various research fields.In the context of energy saving and emission reduction,in addition to the search for new forms of energy,but also need to find an effective way to save energy from the existing energy consumption structure.Electric energy consumption is an important way of energy consumption in human society,and the human lighting electricity occupies an important position in the world's total energy consumption.Therefore,the effective use of lighting energy efficiency will play a significant role in energy conservation and emission reduction,and LED lighting has the characteristics of low power consumption,high efficiency,long service life,and so on.As the core of the LED lighting equipment,the driving power supply is the premise of the safe and efficient work.Therefore,on the basis of the research on the high power LED driver technology,this paper studies the design and implementation of 200 W LED power supply.First,this paper describes the background of this paper,the LED po wer supply topology are analyzed in detail;analysis of the power factor correction technology,selection of boost active power factor correction circuit(Boost PFC);the topology and working principle of LLC resonant converter is analyzed in detail,and the fundamental component method(FHA)model,analyzes the voltage gain characteristics,which laid the foundation for the selection of parameters;on this basis,the scheme uses two level Boost type main circuit topology of PFC+LLC resonant converter,the power factor correction circuit using L6562 D chip,L6599 chip using resonant converter part,determine the relevant the parameters of the overall scheme of the circuit,the reasonable selection of the main components in the circuit.According to the design scheme,making a 200 W LED driver prototype after prototype of the key points of the test,the test waveform is consistent with the theoretical analysis,the output voltage and current stability,according to test data calculation,power factor greater than 0.98,the efficiency is greater than 93%,the test results meet the design parameters and verify the feasibility and the validity of this scheme.
