Research On Engineering Risk Management Of XH School New Campus Construction Project

As a kind of management discipline under the premise of modern enterprise management,project risk management plays a key role in the daily management system.Especially for XH new teaching area construction work,with investment,level of science and technology is strict,the construction time is long,the absorption of funds in the form of a variety of engineering and quality demanding characteristics.These features make the new teaching area in the construction work,hidden unpredictable risk.Therefore,carrying out comprehensive risk assessment is crucial to the construction of the new teaching area.In this paper,the basic situation of the construction of new teaching District,the connotation of the risk and the actual control measures are explored.First,the analysis of global engineering risk management within the scope of the research achievements,and understand the reality of research,the purpose of the basic principle of risk management of construction work carried out research,so that it can further explore the risk management for the future to provide theoretical support,secondly,explore detailed XH new teaching area project at risk different periods will be met,including planning period,work period,asset crisis,once again,the use of specific project risk as the risk control plan,which include planning period risk control planning,project risk control regulation period plan,asset risk plan,make it more effective to promote the successful completion of the project.
