Research On The Progress Control Strategy Of OE Elevator Door Manufacturing Project

Based on the project management theory,technology and tool as WBS(Work Breakdown Structure),CPM(Critical Path Method),Gantt chart,Network planning,combining with the research and analysis the problems of project schedule planning and controlling in OE Company to output the comprehensive and feasible project schedule plan and control proposal.the landing door manufacturing line project which in accordance with the plan and proposal had successful finished ahead of schedule and achieve its targets.And in the implementation of the project,the activities,methods and works which had proved the effectiveness were write into the policy documents as BP(Business Process)and SOP(Standard Operating Procedure)to give guidance of similar projects in the future.To show it,firstly,analyzes the current implementation of schedule plan and control plan to find the problems and the reasons.Secondly,use WBS to breakdown the work of landing door manufacturing line project and predict the time of every works to put forward the Gantt chart and Network planning,if the schedule was still not meet the demands,keep optimizing until acceptable.Then,according to the schedule and company actual to work out the project control and tracking plan.In the development of the project schedule,it should be based on project management methods and tools to ensure that the project schedule is reasonable and enforceable.In the implementation of project,we must pay close attention to every detail of project activities;update the project schedule at once the actual situation is over the plan to realize the target.Good project schedule planning and controlling which are the parts of the project management can help us to build a reasonable and enforceable plan and the plan is under control all throughout the project.
