Research On Visual Environment Impact Assessment Of Rural Parks In Beijing

With the rapid development of society and economy,and the accelerating of urbanization,the enviroment is suffering serious damage.In the past,people only focused on the air pollution,water pollution,soil pollution,and ignored the visual pollution.Urban green space landscape can satisfy the physiological and psychological needs of people yearning nature,and more and more severe visual pollution damage the visual environment of the urban green space landscape,and has been affecting people's physical and mental health.Caused by a lack of understanding of the visual landscape in our country,the theories and methods are not yet mature,so the domestic researches on the landscape visual environment are relatively backward.But with the continuous development of society and economy,landscape visual environment is becoming more and more attention.The report of the 18th session of the National People's Congress pointed out that we should build a modern socialist country with a blue sky,green land,clear water,developing production,affluent life,better ecology,and put forward the great idea of "beautiful China",and the research of landscape visual environment is the practice of the idea.Therefore,the article summarized domestic and foreign research of visual landscape,and combined with the field investigation and the study of visual landscape quality assessment,established the research topic of "visual environment impact assessment of urban green space landscape".Firstly,the article clarified the research background and significance,established the country park as the research object,and discussed the methods of landscape visual environment impact assessment.Connecting with the instance of the specific studies,the research results are analyzed to provide scientific guidance for the urban green space system planning and construction.The main research contents and conclusions include:1.Review research was carried on the related concepts such as the visual landscape and the urban green space system,and the concept of visual landscape threshold was tentatively put forward.The theory of landscape visual environment impact assessment of framework was summarized,and the evaluation method was established.Clearing the significance of visual enviroment impact assessment improving the quality of visual environment of landscape and providing a scientific basis for decision-making and planning.2.Representative country parks were selected as research objects,and the typical city parks were chose for comparing.Multivariate composite evaluation index system was build from visual sensitive capacity,visual space capacity and visual absorption capacity,and after validation,the evaluation model was established.3.Most of the existing studies of landscape evaluation use expert evaluation and psychological evaluation methods,they were reflected in the evaluation of individual's subjective will.Through early literature reading and practice research,the quantitative comprehensive evaluation method was proposed,which makes the landscape visual environment impact appraisal more scientific.4.Definition of the country park and city park is ambiguous,and lack of scientific basis,which makes the park properties tend to be the product of the individual will,and which lead to the country park planning and construction doesn't agree with the existing land property and the surrounding environment.Through the classification and grading for country park with visual environmental quality,the article provided the scientific basis for attribute definition.
