Research On Safety Standardization Protection Facilities For Prevention Of Falling Accidents In High Places

The construction industry is a high-risk industry,which complex construction environment,the changing population,construction management loopholes and other factors bring potential dangers to the production activities,and directly endanger the personal safety of workers in site.Through the analysis of accident statistics,falling accidents account for the largest proportion of safety accidents and cause the most casualties.And without safety protection or improper protection in site is the most important cause of the accident.Therefore,it has great practical significance to study the safety standardization protection facilities.Thus,this paper has carried on the research from the following several aspects:This paper has analyzed some basic requirements of relevant national laws and regulations on safety protection facilities,indicating that macro-protection requirements have been prescribed,but the microcosmic and specific executable requirements is still short;then has taken China Construction system as an example,has classified and analyzed the falling accidents,summed up the management status of high operating.And analyzed and verified the accident cases,finding the root cause of high accidents is lack of construction safety protection or the protection is improper;finally,use human engineering methods,through the analysis of the characteristics of human behavior and body structure,elaborated the design principle of safety protection facilities,and based on that,summed up the requires of standardized safety protection facilities to prevent falling accidents,including border standard technical requirements,hole standard technical requirements,elevator wellhead standard technical requirements,construction elevator protective door technical requirements,etc..This paper has analyzed the basic requirements,design principle,use and management of safety protection facilities,summarizing the requirements of standardized safety protection facilities,which has certain reference and engineering application value to promote the work of construction site safety standards,effectively prevent and reduce high fall accidents.
