Research On Safety Standardization Design Of Nanjing Urban Complex Project In China Construction First Building (Group) Corporation Limited

Construction industry is one of the pillar industries in China's national economy.With the rapid development of the national economy,the scale of our country is expanding,which plays a key role in stimulating domestic demand.But with foreign advanced comparison with the industry,the project construction safety management of the construction industry in our country is still at a low level,as one of the high-risk industries,construction site accidents have occurred,causing great losses to the country and people's life and property,but also one of the factors of social instability,the harmonious society is serious adverse effects.The main reason of the construction safety accidents is that the project safety management is not in place and the construction site safety protection is not in place.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the safety management of construction projects and prevent accidents.In this paper,based on the construction enterprise project construction safety management,specific to our company Nanjing complex project as a practical case,the project construction safety standardization research.The thesis is divided into 4 parts:The first part introduces the research purpose,research methods and trends at this stage of the project construction safety standardization,and summarizes the limitations of the current research,proposed the key project construction safety standard should be from the two aspects of safety management procedures and construction site protection standards and promote.The second part introduces the basic situation of Nanjing complex project and the problems and difficulties,and analyzes and summarizes the main practical difficulties.The third part focuses on the project construction safety standardization planning implementation plan,the provisions of the organization and responsibilities and the relevant requirements,and examples of how to carry out the project construction safety standards,in accordance with the line of business ideas that implement the standardization of safety management,to promote the construction site safety standardization work through safety standardization protection of formulated in advance.The fourth part: to promote measures to ensure the project construction safety standardization work carried out the implementation of the discussion,in order to guarantee the implementation effect of the project construction safety standardization,process monitoring,training from the perspective of performance appraisal,and continuous improvement.In summary,this paper studies the project construction safety standardization work,focus on safety management procedures and protection standardization are described and examples,requirements of the project construction safety management,implement the responsibility to regulate behavior,reduce the loopholes in management,improve the protection standard,achieve civilized construction site safety requirements.And to establish and improve the project construction safety management self-restraint,continuous improvement of long-term mechanism to promote the fundamental improvement of the project safety status quo,to achieve the security objectives.Through the design of the project construction safety standardization research and implementation plan,to do a good job in the construction of a bureau of the Nanjing complex project construction safety standardization work,and improve the safety management level of the whole project construction provides ideas and path,and has a certain significance of reference and promotion of similar building construction enterprise project construction safety management work.
