Toroidal electromechanical transmission is a new type of electromechanical drive an integrated planetary transmission technology and worm transmission technology,realizes the combination of the power device and the speed reducer,the electromechanical transmission technology has been simplified more.Because of the special advantages of the toroidal electromechanical transmission system,it has a wide application prospect in the future.In this paper,the structural characteristics of the toroidal electromechanical drive,the calculation of the magnetic field of the central worm,the calculation of the magnetic field of the planet wheel and the calculation of the magnetic field of the outer stator are studied.The magnetic field of the central worm is analyzed by numerical calculation and Maxwell finite element simulation.According to the basic law of electromagnetic field and the relation of transmission structure parameters,the numerical analysis of the magnetic field of worm stator is completed.The magnetic field of worm stator is simulated by Maxwell finite element software,and the simulation results prove the correctness of the analytical calculation.Based on the viewpoint of equivalent magnetic charge,the magnetic field modeling and analytical calculation of planetary gear are completed.The calculation model of cylindrical permanent magnetic tooth is established,and the spatial magnetic field expression of single permanent tooth is derived.By using homogeneous coordinate transformation,the transformation matrix between the coordinate system of permanent teeth and the whole coordinate system of planet wheel is obtained.Using the superposition principle,the global magnetic field expression of planet wheel is obtained.The finite element analysis model of planet wheel magnetic field is established,the magnetic flux density nephogram and magnetic induction intensity vector distribution of planet wheel are obtained,and the correctness of theoretical calculation is proved.For the spiral structure of the outer stator,the magnetic field of a single spiral beam is calculated firstly.Then the magnetic field of the whole outer toroidal stator is calculated by the coordinate transformation and the principle of magnetic field superposition.The toroidal outer stator is modeled and the magnetic field simulation is analyzed by finite element software.The correctness of theoretical calculation is verified.An experimental platform is built by using the toroidal electromechanical transmission system prototype and motor test system,and the electromagnetic induction potential experiment,verify the correctness of the theoretical research,provide theoretical guidance for the practical application of toroidal electromechanical transmission system.
