| Private railway line,managed by the standards of business or other units is the railway siding which connects the National or other railway line.It assumes an important role in goods distribution and boosting regional economic development.Because private railway line project relates to a wide engineering projects,much complex construction technology and longer duration,so it needs the close collaboration of various departments.Meanwhile,project investment is also relatively large,so with a comprehensive view,there are different types of risk at each stage of the project.In order to effectively reduce the probability of the risk occurring or to some extent reduce the risks of loss,we should manage the project by scientific analysis and forecasting on the basis of risk management knowledge to improve the feasibility of the project.This paper focuses on the private line of Wuanquan West Railway Station in Zhangjiakou.On the basis of the relevant theoretical literature of domestic and abroad,it firstly presents a general introduction of the project's background,including the regional economy,road network,transfer capacity forecasts and so on for indicating the project's necessity.Secondly,it briefly describes the main principles of the project's design and engineering content,and on this basis to estimate and evaluate the investment and revenue.Then the project engineering environmental impact analysis comes later.It strives to maximize the environmental and construction engineering changes and impact.Finally,according to the type of risks,the article presents the risk analysis of the private line project of Wanquan West Railway Station and proposes targeted risk control measures.From the reality,this paper make a comprehensive analysis form the necessity of project construction,economic rationality and technical feasibility,etc.,and gives a conclusion that the project is feasible.This conclusion and the whole feasibility analysis provide a scientific basis for the final decision. |
