The outer surface of the heat exchanger is provided with five different groups of fins CIRCLE,ELLIPSE,ARC,NURBS and CONE,using the FLUENT software for its air flow and heat transfer characteristics of side channel are numerically simulated at the same time,The results of numerical simulation are processed by TECPLOT and ORIGIN,and the optimal structure of the convective heat transfer enhancement of five different fins is analyzed.Then,combined with the field synergy principle,the mechanism of convective heat transfer in five kinds of channel is analyzed.Finally,by using the least square method,the relationship between the flow and heat transfer criterion of tapered rib column is simulated by the Zukauskas criterion.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Within the range of liquid flow L=1.225kg/m2s-12.25kg/m2 s,the total heat transfer coefficient,pressure difference and resistance factor of five kinds of ribbed columns are analyzed by using the direct evaluation method,and the comprehensive performance of the flow and heat transfer is evaluated by using the comprehensive analysis factor-PEC,The following results can be obtained: The tapered rib column can not only increase the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger,but also avoid the increase of the pressure difference,which is better than the other four kinds of ribs.(2)According to the field synergy principle of staggered arrangement,circular arc,ellipse,parabola and cone rib interaction of the 5 kinds of flow field and temperature field of column group,analysis of pressure drop and column reasonable rear spoiler can enhance the velocity and temperature field synergy degree.(3)Based on the empirical correlation between domestic and foreign scholars,the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the air side of the tapered fin column are simulated by using the least square method,such as the different angle of flow,the Pr of the liquid physical properties and the Re of the flow characteristics.Finally,the relationship between the flow and heat transfer criterion of the air side of the tapered rib column group is introduced.
