With the environmental degradation increasingly serious and energy shortage,various industries have a higher environmental requirement for the products,especially in the automotive interior parts.As the nature fiber,hemp fiber has the high specific strength and modulus.By increasing the content of hemp fiber and reducing the use of resin in composites to reduce the impact on envionment,so the application of hemp fiber reinforced PF composite in the automotive interiors can play a significant role for the automotive energy saving,environmental protection,lightweight,low cost in the future.In this paper,hemp fiber reinforced PF composites were prepared by compression molding.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The preparation processes of prepreg were introduced.Through analyzing the main process parameters which affect the quality of prepreg,the measures and plans were put forward to solve the problem of controlling impregnation quantity and uniformity.(2)The molding process and main molding process parameters were introduced.By analyzing the defects and the causes of molded products,the corresponding solutions in the molding process were summarized.At the same time,the article also put forward general principles and key issues of the structure design of the product and the mold.(3)The experimental program was designed by the orthogonal experiment.Through the results of range analysis and variance analysis,the influence and significance level of impregnation resin content,mold temperature,molding pressure and molding time to mechanical properties and water absorption was studied.By designing the comparison test,the performance differences between different layers of composites were studyed.Tensile property,bending property and impact property were analyzed by multi-index compositive score method,the best combination of process parameters was obtained,which can provide a theoretical basis for the practical production and application of materials.(4)According to the the results obtained through the experiment,the problems to be solved in the development and application of the automobile interior were analyzed and researched,which can accelerate the material application in automobile interiors.
