In order to realize the automatic measurement and detection to the O-shaped sealing ring,a double-station full-automatic measurement and detection system is designed.The integration method of dimension measurement and defect detection as well as the path planning for acquising images are studied.According to the problem of poor imaging consistency when detecting the surface defects of O-shaped sealing ring with machine vision technology,the surface imaging theory and defect detection method of O-shaped seal ring are studied.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the surface shape and big dimension span of O-shape seal ring,a double-station automatic measurement and detection system based on multi-view cooperative measurement principle is proposed.The integration method of system is also introduced.When the outer size of O-shaped seal ring is larger than the range of vision field imaging,the acquisition path of large view sequence image is planned and the image stitching algorithm based on common features is developed.According to the position information of O-shaped seal ring image in large FOV,the path planning method of automatic acquisition of small field image is deduced.In order to realize automatic measurement and detection,the mapping relationship between spatial measurement coordinates and image coordinates is established.Then,in order to avoid the inherent frequency of frame structure being close to the frequency of power system and then affecting the testing accuracy,an analysis method is proposed for finite element modeling and calculation.The effectiveness of the simulation method is verified by modal experiment,which provides some methods to use this type of modal analysis in automation equipment.The imaging brightness calculation method of the O-shaped sealing ring in the condition of any light source is built.In addition,the surface defect imaging scheme to the O-shaped sealing ring from three different angles by using three sets of camera lens group is proposed.Finally,the measurement uncertainty of the size of the O-shaped sealing ring is evaluated and the reliability of the measurement results of the O-shaped sealing ring is quantitatively described.Experimental results show that the proposed integration method of dimension measurement and defect detection can realize the automatic measurement and detection to the O-shaped sealing ring.The surface imaging of O-shape sealing ring experiments show that the theoretical brightness results are consistent with the actual luminance distribution.The proposed defect detection imaging scheme can detect the location of the surface defects of O-shaped sealing ring reliably.
