With the continuous development of science and technology,the improvement of the precision of processing in the industrial field is becoming more and more important.How to achieve accurate measurement has become an important issue.Based on the analysis and classification of the internal structure of various industrialized microwave resonators and on the current commonly used ranging principle,using the principle of triangulation ranging after the comparison,and applying machine vision technology,it achieves automation,high precision and high speed scanning.The main research contents are as follows:(1)After analyzing and comparing the principle of ranging,the selection of laser displacement sensor based on the principle of triangulation is completed,and a suitable fixture is designed for its structure.A detailed introduction to the entire hardware system.(2)According to the internal structural characteristics of different cavities,combined with the characteristics of the triangulation optical path,the scanning path scheme was planned in detail,so that each part can be successfully measured.(3)At the software level,the coordinate points of the automatic scanning are selected.By introducing different types of cavity design drawings,regional cutting and template matching are adopted for the design drawing to find the positioning holes,and the affine transformation is established by the pixel center coordinates and the actual size coordinates.Obtain all the corresponding dimensional coordinates of the tested model cavity.Through the application of the top camera and the industrial camera,the positioning hole is found by the method of area cropping,threshold screening and template matching,and the projection coordinates of the camera coordinates and the top view camera are reconstructed.The selected size coordinates are transformed.After the reference system is converted to machine coordinates,the process of selecting the design map to the actual machine is established.(4)The results of the comparison of the scan data at different rates are obtained,and the operation is performed at a move-speed of 200 mm/s and a scan-speed of 40 mm/s,and the stability analysis and accuracy analysis of the height dimension measurement are completed.The cavity,the general scanning points are between 200 and 300,and the scanning time is guaranteed within 7 minutes,10 times shorter than the original factory measurement time,achieving high efficiency ranging.
