The vibration state of wheel-rail reflects the wheel state of the vehicle,and it has high academic value and practical significance to study the wheel-rail vibration signal.Based on the simulation data obtained by SIMPACK and the research of classical time-frequency method,this paper proposes an improved Wigner-Ville theory to analyze the wheel-rail vibration signal of the vehicle.The simulation data of the model and site date were used to verify the accuracy and advancement of this theory in the condition monitoring system of urban rail trains.First of all,the practical significance and development status of the safety monitoring of rail were introduced,the present situation of non-circular detection of train wheels and Non-stationary vibration signal analysis method were summarized.Secondly,the modeling process of SIMPACK software was introduced.SIMPACK software and its wheel/rail modeling foundation were discussed.The accuracy of the signal is determined by the characteristics of the simulated wheel/rail vibration signal.Thirdly,the time-frequency analysis method of non-stationary signal was introduced.A brief description of the wheel non-circular fault,including wheel flat fault and wheel polygonization fault manifestations,and the wheel non-circular mathematical expression.The advantages and disadvantages of each signal analysis method with simulation signal were compared.Fourthly,the principle of improved Wigner-Ville theory is emphasized introduced.The time-frequency filter determination method was described in detail,and the reasonable time-frequency filter parameters were determined.The Wigner-Ville time-frequency analysis method was applied to identify the fault of wheel flat and wheel polygonization,and compared with other time-frequency methods.Finally,based on the improved Wigner-Ville theory and according to the requirements of monitoring system of train wheel-rail vibration acceleration signals,a scheme of vibration acceleration signal acquisition and data analysis and processing system was proposed.At last,after adaptive noise reduction filtering,the improved Wigner-Ville theory was used to identify the wheel fault accurately and verify the correctness of the monitoring device.
