In order to study the influence of rail cant and wheel flange inner distance on wheel-rail contact performance in urban rail transit system, the main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows.(1)This paper introduces the rail cant and wheel flange inner distance and their influence on wheel-rail contact, and summarizes the research status in this field at home and abroad.(2)A three-dimensional finite element model of wheel-rail contact is established based on the data of fast-track vehicle and track of Jinzhou Line in Dalian(LM wheel tread,50kg/m steel rail profile,1:40 rail cant,1353mm wheel flange inner distance).(3)Based on the wheel-rail model of Jinzhou Line in Dalian City, the wheel-rail contact performance under different rail cant and wheel flange inner distance is analyzed by using wheel-rail contact geometry and elastic-plastic finite element contact calculation theory.(4)The LM,LMa wheel tread,60kg/m,50kg/m,43kg/m rail were selected as the research objects. The variation of contact spot area and contact stress with the displacement of wheel/rail was studied.Combined with the specific situation of urban rail transit line,The contact performance of various wheel-rail profile surface matching under different rail cant and wheel flange inner distance is analyzed.and the optimal matching scheme of rail cant, wheel flange inner distance and wheel-rail contact profile surface is given.(5)According to the specific situation of Jinzhou line in Dalian, the contact performance of various wheel-rail profile matching is analyzed comprehensively. The research results of this paper have certain reference significance to the construction of urban rail transit lines.
