SND EPC Project Risk Management Process Optimization Research

With the high speed development of global economy and the innovation of management, basis of further integration of project and risk management disciplines, lead to project models also there has been a fundamental change, the project has been by the original project implementation mode gradually expanded into a set design-procurement-built for the integration of EPC mode. EPC project model has been gradually spread in the whole world, and became the mainstream of the large-scale projects taken operation mode now.EPC project is the collection design-procurement-built for the integration of project mode, usually used in large and complex project, has a wide range, spend money more huge and complex relationship, which determines the risk of high-risk and complexity, and the present stage our country most of the EPC project are lack of ability to resist and avoid risk, therefore, how to build suitable for EPC project operation law and effective financial risk management system, to our country the EPC project management has important theoretical significance and application value. This study is around the core problem.On the basis of existing research, this article will integrate of the risk management theory and the project management theory, systematically analyses the characteristics of EPC project and considering of EPC project management the key risk factors in the process of identification, prediction, diagnosis, monitoring and control, constructed the EPC project risk management system with theory and practice, to solve the problem of EPC project risk management to provide the basis.In this paper, how to optimize the SND EPC project's risk management process as the research object, the integrated use of project risk management theory, through the method of combining theory and practice of in-depth study of the current situation of present SND company EPC project operation, understanding, analysis, summary, induces the SND EPC project of a company's risk management problems existing in the process, such as project management personnel risk consciousness weak, lack of process risk planning cycle, lack of financial risk of accounting cycle and such problems as lack of financial risk registration system, draw the SND company EPC project conclusion it is necessary to reform the financial risk management process. By studying the EPC project financial risk management experience at home and abroad and combining with the latest theory of project management, put forward the method to solve the problem. Finally designed to satisfy the SND process scheme of EPC project of a company's risk management objectives and implementation plan, and further put forward the project risk early warning system to establish the ideas and methods.In this paper, this study has important significance on theory and practice, meanwhile for the SND how to further build on EPC project of a company's risk early warning system has important guidance and reference.
