With the development of China's economy, demands for car are increasing, the automobile industry has been an unprecedented development. Currently, auto parts industry directly determines the level of a country's car development. countries urgently hope the auto parts industry can carry out technological innovation to improve their core competitiveness in the automotive industry. The cable car, as an important automotive components, people also put forward higher requirements in elastic deformation,durability, stroke efficiency.This paper focuses on cable car hardware dynamic analysis and testing system components and software implementation are studied, analyzed test cable elastic deformation under specific load and permanent deformation. Final completion of the test, configuration, data management, data analysis,user management functions.The first part of the hardware design and selection of the company uses a NI Compact RIO-9074 chassis, the kernel is based Xilinx Spartan-3E development. The integrated real-time controller of the400 MH and 2 one million FPGA, and with two 10 / 100 Base Ethernet port, it can communicate with the host computer via the Ethernet port. 8-slot chassis can be inserted into the FPGA data acquisition cards,data acquisition card can connect a variety of sensors and encoder for test and control. The second part of the software development and debugging is the core of the system is divided into PC control and display section and slave acquisition in two parts. PC control with the main part of the display is the collected sensor values displayed in real time, and it can be configured to generate charts, while the need to set up and control the controlled object(stroke control, loop control, program control). Collection part of the next crew use LABVIEW FPGA, function code LABVIEW RT module to create, download and run the FPGA chip that can be read in real-time sensor values, get specific timing effects and superior performance, ensure the stable operation of the line system reliability and accuracy. The IPC section provides a good user interface, it will save the configuration software contents written into the appropriate configuration file, after testing the same cable for use, it saves time, reduce labor costs,enhance test effectiveness.After numerous experiments, designed the platform after the completion of the cable car to complete elastic deformation, permanent deformation test functions, and the ability to meet the accuracy requirements of the measurement, can effectively solve the traditional measurement methods exist accuracy is not high, low efficiency.
