Research On Parameterized Pattern Design Method For Special Women's Sleeves

Under the influence of consumer market diversification,personalized consumer trends,more and more enterprises begin to take personalized Road.The thesis combines the parametric pattern design closely followed by the company and personalized customization of women’s clothing,and research on a parametric pattern design method for fit sleeves for special women’s clothing.The main research is divided into the following sections.The first part,first of all,from the perspective of influencing the armhole structure of the human body,puts forward the special shape of the shoulder,chest,back and identification method,then selects the two kinds of special shapes,analyzes the relationship between the factors of armhole structure and the two special body figures.Next,the relationship between armhole and sleeve head is analyzed from the perspective of form and quantity.The second part,through the investigation of adult females in China,analyzes the main distribution of the special body figure and the degree of attention of the female group to their body shape and the acceptance degree of the customized clothing.Two special mannequins are constructed for the two special body figures of the convex body and the high scapular body.In the third part,the special mannequins are used for the sample clothes experiment to obtain the quantified relationship between the two special body figures and the pattern structure.Based on this research,a parametric pattern design method for fit sleeves for special women’s clothing is established.through the single factor experiment proves the feasibility of the design method of pattern.In the fourth part,six kinds of special sample clothes are produced by adjusting the parameters using a sample clothes experiment,and the accuracy of the parametric design method is verified by observing the effect of the samples.This topic through the study of female special body figures and pattern structure,using parametric pattern design to redefine the data link between the various parts of the body.Provide reference for the development of clothing in the direction of personalized business.
