Research And Application Of The Design And Structure Method Of Women's Sleeves In The Late Victorian Period

At present,with the development of clothing retro trend,many clothing brands have used some design elements of clothing in the historical period.European classic design elements and modeling structures are widely used in modern clothing.For example,the sleeves of Miumiu,Rejina Pyo,Chanel,Alexander Mc Queen and other internationally famous brands in the 2020 spring and summer shows reflect the exaggerated modeling of Victoria in the late period.This paper mainly studies and applies the styling and structural methods of women's sleeves in the late Victorian period(1890-1896)from various aspects,including: Dress sleeve shape and structure analysis of this period,the design elements and the characteristics of shape control parts of the summary,the clothing CAD technology is adopted to historical plate type reduction,and name plate rule analysis and summary,the establishment of the structure and the shape control method,the experimental design,sample CLO 3 d virtual try on the analysis of the sample in the sample making and try on effect evaluation,And the innovative design application of the research results.Through the in-depth study and application of the sleeve modeling and structure method of women's clothing in the late Victorian period,it is beneficial to the application and further innovation of the sleeve modeling and plate making method of women's clothing in the modern fashion design.The research of this paper has accuracy,rationality,practicability and feasibility.Late Victorian(1890-1896)women's sleeves plate making method and modeling design rules provide a strong practical guidance for modern clothing design.At the same time,it can further explore the classical elements,modeling characteristics and plate making methods of European historical clothing to a certain extent,which has positive guiding significance for retro fashion trend,and provides scientific theoretical basis and research ideas for the innovative design of historical clothing,which has high academic value and practical application value.
