The Application Of Industrial Engineering Principles In The Improvement Of The Efficiency Of The Male Suit Industrialization Line

With an analysis of men’s suits industrialization production line,taking investigation on a typical domestic suit enterprise,found that the general problem faced by clothing enterprises.In the order mode transformation of multi-type and small-batch products,industrial assembly line meets the big bottleneck,such as frequent style modification requirements,a great change of workmanship,slow distribution of inventoried materials,unstable stuff,lack of the operation standardization,high repairing rate and so on,which made efficiency varying.This paper is aiming at the problems on efficiency of the assembly line.Firstly,this thesis study a brief description for an essential definition,basic principle and common technique of IE,including its future prospects,with a main focus on using the technology and principle of improving suit efficiency,such as work measurement,methods study,people-oriented principle,system principle,etc.In then relies on Ruyi Garment industrial assembly line,which is aiming at the big bottleneck that the industrial assembly line meets,launching all kinds of activity to impro ve efficiency.For the problem losses of staff,we use people-oriented principle and promo te multiple-quality talents,which will supply the green channel for the advancement of sta ff skills,which made staff wage increased and the energies of workers mobilized.For the great change of workman ship and frequent style modification requirements,we change th e layout of assembly line and use efficiency principle to arrange the reasonable before/aft er finishing process,it will refine bench work model,and reach the balance of small batch order in assembly line and avoid the waiting.Through using of the information system an d integrate workmanship requirements,it can shorten the time of material distribution and decrease costly material waste.The present paper research of how suit industrial assembly line meets market’s needs,reduce the labor,people-oriented,improve quality,stable quality,promote efficiency,It has important guidance significance of research on the improvement of the process and method for improving the efficiency of suit production enterprises.
