In the national economy, iron ore mining is an important pillar industry, making outstanding contributions to the prosperity of the national economy.And the mine hoist, as the throat equipment of transportation of the iron ore, plays an important role in increasing the amount of mineral exploitation and mining efficiency since its birth.This paper is based on the project of XingTai Iron and Steel Group, locating in Hebei province.Through the actual project research, this hoisting machine is designed with parameters of the field data.The project adopts the most advanced all digital DC speed regulation scheme and the most reliable programmable logic control system, and the most secure algorithm logic scheme.In the process of designing, hardware structure and control system are devised with the principle of "safety first".On the basis of ensuring human safety and excellent control of the vehicle, we achieved the purpose of cost savings.This paper mainly expounds the design parameters of main shaft hoist in iron machine, analyzes the process of elevator control system., introduces the working processes and control technology of the elevator.In this paper, the principle of speed, travel control and the calculation of relative speed, the calculation of stroke, the layout scheme of the mine hoist are shown. On this basis, firstly, the analysis of principle and the processing of the twelve pulse rectifier from ABB company, the influence of the parameter setting and different parameters of the rectifier, are described. Secondly, this paper describes the hardware structure and design principle of the mine hoist. Again, it also describes the design principle of the process algorithm of mine hoist. At last, the processes, the problems and the solutions to these problems, encountered during the field debugging, are described in this thesis as well.In addition, in this project, we have tried the platform to simulate the specific project. After analyzing the feasibility of the control scheme, the concrete design scheme is applied to the practical engineering.This model not only saves the design cost but also avoides a lot of field debugging accident, reduces device damage. And the virtual instruments make up for the potential disadvantages of the design program, which the effect is remarkable in the concrete engineering project. Field commissioning shows that the main shaft hoist system is reliable, fast response to speed and high control precision, during working in the field.
