Along with microprocessor's appearance and operating speed's enhancement, The control system transits from the original analogous system to take the high speed signal processor as the core digital control system, causes speed modulation system many kinds of functions to be possible through microcomputer processing, realizes with the software.This article rests on the Inner Mongolian Taixi group of Hongshagang coal mine, has drawn up its auxiliary shaft elevator's digital control transmission system plan. First has carried on the analysis to the double closed loop speed modulation system's mathematical model, has designed the PI regulator of the speed and the current, and using the MATLAB software as Logic non-loop-current SR system model, and has designed DLC, its simulation result has provided the essential theory basis for the actual system. This system take the Arm processor as a core, substitutes for speed and the current regulator, the trigger and so on in the original simulation, realized the numerical control logic non-loop-current SR system.The software part uses IAR development environment, realized the digital PI adjustment, the double closed loop velocity modulation, logic not to have the circulation reversible and so on the strategy control.The scene debugging and the movement result indicated that this system may satisfy the scene production movement the request, the entire digital DC velocity modulation system widely will apply in the mine pit elevator's direct-current velocity modulation system.
