| The automatic doffer is a mechanical device for automatic doffing spinning machines,and the application of automatic doffers can greatly improve the efficiency of doffing.The traditional electric doffer uses double discs to pull bobbins,but it may damage the spindle and tube yarn.It is not acceptable for the high quality yarn,so the research of new automatic doffer is imminent.To solve the problem of the traditional spinning machine,provide a new type of automatic doffer.The spindle pitch of this automatic doffer is 70 mm,and it can pull 210 spindle yarns in 210 seconds.The main task of this paper is as follows.First,get the automatic doffer’s parameters through field measurements,give the design scheme by respectively designing,build parts and assembly modeling through the three-dimensional software SolidWorks,and do interference detection towards assembly modeling.And then,using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,optimize sizes of the four rod mechanism,and realize the tube’s trajectory optimization.Next,applying to dynamic simulation software Adams,give dynamic simulation separately towards the tube drawing device and the micro lift device.And obtain the main components of kinetic parameters.The simulation results show the driving force that the main cylinder needed is 1332.57 N,and through calculation the required air pressure is 0.472 MPa.Maximum transverse force of the screw is 1422.45 N.After that,read the maximum forces of main parts in Adams,and do finite element analyses respectively towards main parts.The analysis results show that the maximum equivalent stresses of all parts are in line with the requirements.The maximum deformation of driving rocker shaft is 0.085 mm,and it is bigger than the design value of 0.050 mm.Maximum deformations of driving rockers are far less than the value of design requirements.Last,according to the results of finite element analysis,give the parametric response surface optimization on the driving rocker shaft and driving rockers.After optimization,maximum deformation of the driving rocker shaft is 0.047 mm.The mass of left arm and right arm of driving rockers are decreased by 42.75% and 51.7%,and the lightweight effect is remarkable. |
