| Textile industry plays a vital role in the national economy,and it has a long development history.However,most of the equipment in China’s textile industry is not highly automated.In order to reduce damage of yarns in the artificial doffing,reduce labor costs,and improve the efficiency of doffing,the automatic doffing has become an inevitable trend in the development of the industry.At present,although a lot of companies have produced their own automatic doffing machine,there are still many problems,such as low efficiency,poor stability,high maintenance costs,and damage of bobbin.In view of the problems has been mentioned above,the thesis proposes a new automatic doffing machine which combines intubation and extubation into one machine.The automatic doffing machine is suitable for spindle pitch for spinning machine 70 mm,designing select three full bobbins in one time,and each period of extubation is 3s.First of all,the paper summarizes current development of automatic doffing machine at home and abroad.By comparing the current research at abroad with current research at home,the thesis concludes the shortcomings of current research in China and the importance of producing automatic doffing machine.The thesis presents the scheme of design for automatic doffing machine,which includes the new automatic doffing machine extubation device,intubation device,power device,walking device and a lifting device of mechanism.And then the thesis makes use of 3D modeling software Solid Works to do digital modeling on each part of the automatic doffing machine.The author gets 3D model of automatic doffing machine and makes a brief introduction of the working process of automatic doffing machine.Then optimize the parameters of automatic doffing machine pipe drawing institutions and the main cylinder position based on ADAMS software,the main cylinder optimized driving force decreased by 30.71%,improving the transmission performance of doffing machine effectively.Using ADAMS software to optimize automatic doffing machine dynamics simulation,obtain the kinetic parameters of main components.Static simulation key parts of automatic doffing machine through finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,to verify whether the maximum deformation and maximum equivalent stress of parts can meet the design requirements,and the static results show that the allowable stress of the maximum equivalent stress of all components are less than materials.Finally the thesis optimizes parameter on deformation of active rocker shaft in static analysis that do not meet requirements and rocker arm to lightweight active.Active rocker shaft on the maximum deformation is 0.049 mm after optimization,meeting the design requirements.After lightweight initiative,rocker arm’s quality reduced 12.7%,it is obvious to see the optimization effect. |
