In routine testing tasks,fiber content is a routine test for textiles,and almost all of them require testing.Fiber content testing program is usually,personnel according to the standard sample for qualitative analysis,quantitative scheme choice according to the results of the qualitative test,the final test data summary,according to the formula to calculate the net or dry content and moisture content.Existing standards only deduce the calculation formula of two,three,four components,but are often five or six components in the detection of fabric,even the fabrics of seven or eight components.According to the existing standard of textile fiber quantitative chemical analysis,combined with the practice after more complex logic thinking,fibre multicomponent mixture quantitative chemical analysis method is deduced general formula when using order dissolved.And use the known concentration of five components,six components and sample verification,according to the calculation formula is derived from the test results and the actual content is consistent,the error is small,conform to test the range of allowable error.At the end of this paper,by using Excel software applications,the multicomponent formula into mathematical model,establish multiple worksheet is used to calculate multicomponent mixture dissolved solution sequence net dry content and moisture content,and combined with routine testing raw data table,to improve the calculation speed and accuracy.
