Follows computer system's development method. Uses the structurized method to carry on the lower position programming,and based on controling the man-machine monitoring picture the development through the object-oriented technology. The Client/Server structure's used in the system. The date is communicated by a Fast Industry Ethernet in high efficiency, inerrability and sharing. The WINDOWS SERVER 2003 network operating system's used in the second -level server's. The software is Visual Studio. Net, and the SQL SERVER 2000 used in the database system.The foundation automation and the process control are used in the heating furnace automation control systerm. The process control computer system receives the date from continuous casting sheet hot billets or input cold billets' data by labor,and finishes the heating furnace's material tracking, setting calculation of combustion, data processing, data communication, team management, report printing and so on. Then passes all the heating semifinished materials correlation data to rolling system. The foundation automated system includes: Foundation automation PLC, HMI, Industry network and field bus, Foundation automation control software. It mainly receives rolls over line L2 the instruction, Completes heating furnace each control and the medium consumption survey.Since the system has been used for production, work is stable and reliable; cost-effective is clear; the software is powerful, practical and reliable. Finally, it is essential to meet the design objectives, it preferably meets the requirements of heating furnace's technical equipment and the demand for rolling mill production.
