In the field of textile yarn processing,embedded composite spinning technology with its short process,simple equipment,fine yarn,transformation products and other characteristics has become an important production technology of modern textile yarn processing enterprises,but also one of the hot topics in the field of related.This paper mainly studied the embedded composite spinning yarn forming principle and research status,and the research status of colored spun yarn was studied,and han flax viscose filament/Modal and PTT,gold and silver silk embedded 18.5 Tex composite colored spun yarn was spun using the embedded composite spinning technology.This paper mainly expounds the spinning process and the main technical measures,and expounds emphatically the yarn forming principle of embedded composite yarn.Then the frame is modified according to the principle of yarn and the yarn characteristics.Single factor analysis of process parameters was doing for spacing,roving and filament roving interval,two additive of filament tension,design twist factor,etc.Roving spacing and roving and yarn spacing are direct influence factors in the process of composite yarn twist and will affect the structure of the yarn,therefore,roving interval and roving and yarn spacing significantly influence on yarn evenness and hairiness.And gold and silver silk on the properties of PTT filament difference is bigger,so both additive of filament tension effect yarn morphology and performance.Through the design of the twist factor of single factor analysis,it is concluded that the limit of the yarn twist factor at around 360.The optimal combination was got that it was 12g of PTT filament tension and 7g of gold and silver silk additive with the method of grey situation decision-making in two filament tension of additive selection.It is concluded that the optimal procedure is:roving interval of 6 mm,2 mm roving and yarn spacing,the design of the 350 twist factor.Eventually form a unique style of multicomponent compound colored spun yarn after using the orthogonal experiment design of roving spacing design twist factor,roving and filament spacing,process optimization,and using poor analysis and variance analysis.The research of this paper can provide some technical support and experimental basis for the production practice and product development of the multi component embedded composite color spinning technology.
