| In this paper,dimethyl silicone oil,hydrogen-containing silicone oil and phenyl silicone oil were used as raw materials.cyclohexane was used as solvent,under the catalytic action of nitrate catalyst,the atomization silicone oil was synthesized.The optimum synthesis conditions of the atomization silicone oil were studied,and the performance of the atomization silicone oil which was synthesized under the optimum conditions was tested.The results show that the optimum synthesis process of atomization silicone oil is dimethyl silicone oil is 90ml,hydrogen-containing silicone oil is 3ml,phenyl silicone oil is 20ml,the nitrate catalyst is 0.2g,time is 3h,the temperature is 265℃,the structure of atomization silicone oil was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.In the application performance,the thermal weight loss rate of atomization silicone oil is below 5%,the flash point of 330℃,film forming time is short and after atomized,it is milky white mist,no flow phenomenon,films quickly under high temperature,no coking,so,the atomization silicone oil could be applied to actual production.Octamethylcy-clotetrasiloxane,1,3-two(3-oxy propyl glycidyl ether)-1,1,3,3-four methyl siloxane ’were used as raw materials,N,N-two dimethyl formamide was used as solvent,epoxy terminated silicone oil were synthesized under the catalysis of four methyl ammonium hydroxide.Then,isopropanol was used,as the solvent,the polyether block amino silicone oil was synthesized by epoxy terminated silicone oil and amino terminated polyether(ED900).The optimum synthesis process of polyether block amino silicone oil was studied and the application properties of polyether block amino silicone oil which was prepared under the optimum conditions were tested.The results show that the best preparation process of the intermediate is:Octamethylcy-clotetrasiloxane 100g,1,3-two(3-oxy propyl glycidyl ether)-1,1,3,3-four methyl siloxane4.65g,four methyl ammonium hydroxide 0.03g,time 3.5h,temperature 110℃.The optimum synthesis process of polyether block amino silicone oil is epoxy terminated silicone oil 100g,amino terminated polyether ED900 9g,isopropanol 109g,time 4h,temperature 80 C,the structure of polyether block amino silicone was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.The synthesized polyether block amino silicone oil has excellent application performance,the polyester fabric which is finished by polyether block amino silicone has good softness,Compared with amino silicone oil,the whiteness of the fabric which is finished by polyether block amino silicone oil decreased slightly;and compared to the untreated fabrics,the wrinkle recovery angle increased by 41.8 degrees,only less than amino silicone oil 7 degrees.In addition,polyether block amino silicone oil also gives the fabric a good hydrophilic,the hydrophilic time of fabric after finishing is 0.36s,and the amino silicone oil’ s is 1.92s,compared with the amino silicone oil the hydrophilicity enhanced obviously.Obviously,compared with the common amino silicone oil,polyether block silicone oil not only retains the high softeness and resilience characteristics of amino silicone oil,but also improves the amino silicone oil yellowing and hydrophobicity. |
