In this experiment, it selected octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane(D4), 1,3-Bis(3-glycidoxy propyl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane and Huntsmann’s polyether amines as starting materials, tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide as catalyst, after the polyether amine modified epoxy,then it embedded block copolymerized polyol with D4,and obtained the multi-block copolymer silicone oil softener. By univariate analysis of the experiments,it’s discussed the ratio polyether amine to 1,3-Bis(3-glycidoxy propyl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane,the reaction time and reaction conditions in the preparation;and the selected of catalyst used in bulk polymerization with D4,it also analyzed polymerization timeand polymerization amount, etc.And it will determined the optimal synthesis processes. After then it using modern instrumental analysis tested the product appearance, stability and other properties, for example its structure, thermal properties by FT-IR, TG and other equipment the analysis.In another part, it was the application of multivariate do block silicone technology research, it will be used in the fabric, and analysised the fabric whiteness, strength, feel,permeability and other properties, and discussion of condition of product application,sunch as rolling over rate, curing temperature, curing time and other parameters and so on.Then we had obtained the optimum conditions,afert that we do some comparsion with the commercial-grade softener finishing.The experimental results show that the multi-block copolymer silicone oil have good stability,and more convenient when it useing for the fabric softening finishing.It’s also be good at the handle feel and wearing of the finishing fabric. |
