include allergic reactions and symptoms of spleen and stomach.After analysis,the adverse reactions caused by American ginseng are mostly improper use of American ginseng or the special constitution of the crowd,not universal.There are 2 articles about the toxicity test of American ginseng,the highest dose reaches 39.96g/kg,which is about 399.6 times the upper limit of the recommended dose,and the result is negative.It is suggested that the upper limit of the safe dose of Panax quinquefolium may be greater than that of further study,and it can be used to determine the safe use of American ginseng.2.The results of the study showed that American ginseng has the effects of immune regulation,anti fatigue,anti-oxidation,blood glucose lowering,blood pressure lowering and improving memory.Among them,blood pressure lowering and improving memory function are rarely reported in the domestic literature,and there are a few reports of hypoglycemic activity.Immune regulation,anti fatigue and anti oxidant activity of three domestic and foreign research relatively more research and effective components of the mechanism,is relatively mature,but the dose effect relationship of specific system,no clear evaluation system,still need to be further discussed.3.American ginseng is not limited to the scope of the Pharmacopoeia standards recommended in the actual amount applied to health food raw materials,the use amount of about 75%of the amount recommended by the Pharmacopoeia below the lower limit value of 3g,a small amount more than the recommended amount of the upper limit of 6g.Statistical analysis showed that different dosage forms will affect the choice of raw material drug dosage.And then influence the safety,effectiveness.4.The use of American ginseng as a health food is relatively mature and has the function of fatigue and regulation of immune function in two aspects,but the "claims of the function"is more confusing.To cause misunderstanding consumer misuse,it is recommended that the management of strict examination and approval,and urge enterprises to regulate their functional claims.The link between drug dosage and different functions,such as hypoxia tolerance function in the amount of use is higher than "fatigue" and "immunity",but the dose effect relationship of concrete due to the lack of information.Further research is needed.5.American ginseng has a mature basis for the use of history,the health care of the 172 single food according to the "food safety toxicology evaluation procedures," conducted a toxicological test,the results were negative,through the national examination and approval.On the basis of the results,it is considered that American ginseng is safe under certain dosage.Others may lead to security security and validity,the author thinks that American ginseng can be used as the raw material of health food record by analyzing the historical data.American ginseng can be standardized management with its total saponin components and polysaccharide components as the symbolic ingredients(efficacy components).It provides strong support for the management of American ginseng.According to the latest requirements of "claimed of function,can claim to have "physical fatigue" and "enhance immunity" two functions.2.The amount of crude drug directly related to the safe use of American ginseng,effectiveness.The statistical results suggest that different dosage of crude drug will produce different effects;more than the recommended amount of Pharmacopoeia limit of effective dose of 3g value in the practical application,the safety value exceeds the recommended dose of Pharmacopoeia limit on the amount of 6g.Selection of dosage form and material handling process is in the setting of ginseng crude drug dosage should be considered factors.3.There are some problems in the health care food of American ginseng,such as"inaccurate","not suitable for the crowd","notice" and so on.This may be due to misleading consumers and lead to security risks,it is recommended that the relevant departments draw attention in the formulation of the relevant standards of American ginseng. |
