Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Ecological Civilization Construction In China

The establishment of the evaluation system is helpful to achieve the goal of ecological civilization construction in China.At the policy level,the design and application of the evaluation index system will strengthen the national development strategy of clean-recycled,intensive and high efficiency ecological civilization system.In practice,it will effectively identify various cause of current resources and environment issues,accelerate the transformation of economic development mode,reverse the deterioration of the ecological environment,create a good environment for both manufacturing and living,and provide valuable and meaningful information for the change of the economic development mode and the evaluation method.According to the evaluation results,the government can take effective measures to comprehensively improve the self-protection ability of the ecological system,to drive the structure optimization of the national space development,and to enhance the actual needs of the construction of the ecological civilization system.In China,the evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction has not been completed.There are many theoretical and practical issues to be settled.In this case,the purpose of this paper is to discover the trend of the theoretical and practical research,to deliver the in-depth investigation on China’s evaluation index system of ecological construction,to analyze the issues of the existing evaluation index system,to accelerate the pace of establishing the evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction in China.This paper is based on the current status of China’s ecological civilization construction.It systematically analyzes the context and classification of the evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction,it interprets the commonly used index in the evaluation system,and it elaborates the significant importance of the construction of ecological civilization construction evaluation index system.Furthermore,the paper studies the overall situation of the evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction in China,it points out the main issues as well as the causes of the existing index system construction.Based on the research above,this paper provides specific advice on the construction of evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction in China.It suggests that China’s evaluation of the ecological civilization construction should give priority to economy,conservation and self-recovery.It suggests to employ green,cyclical and low carbon development as the basic way;to employ the drive of deepen the reform and innovation as the basic motive;to foster the ecological culture as the important support.It suggests the principles should be strictly followed as the combination of overall system with the highlight key points;the combination of detectability and comparability;the combination of qualitative and quantitative indexes;and the people-oriented principle.The comprehensive,specific,scientifically rational,targeted and practical evaluation index systemwill be established by the strategies as promoting the scientific evaluation index system,strengthening professional training,increasing government supervision and focusing on the public awareness of the ecological.
