LX-LL-LF (Lin Xian-Liu Lin-Lin Fen) CBM (Coal Bed Methane) pipeline starting at Lin Xian in Lvliang City and end at Lin Fen in Yaodu District of Shanxi Province. According to national regulations, all construction projects must have a project feasibility analysis, in order to guarantee the right investment decisions.Firstly, this paper analyzed the gas source, qualities and some other features of CBM, and had a market analysis and forecasting that Lin Xian-Liu Lin-Lin Fen CBM natural gas pipeline to provide reliable resources for the downstream market depending on the supply situation and social conditions. Secondly, we analyzed the Lin Xian-Liu Lin-Lin Fen CBM Pipeline project overview, including selection of gas transmission line design, line pipe and gas station technology and equipment. Meanwhile, paper compared and determined the appropriate technical solutions about gas pipeline alignments, profiles natural wear over the situation, regional scale factor, line valve chamber, hydraulic protection and sand-fixing measures. Considering the economy, reliability of investment pipeline running, we had a comprehensive technical and economic comparison between different plans, and determined the public works program. According to the engineering design of the main process parameters, the transportation technology program system was determined, and the selected file was calculated and analyzed. Gas output and gas peaking were also calculated and predicted.Finally, based on the results of process analysis, automatic control and communications and public works, and combined with the actual situation analysis of the project investment, financing, production costs, operating income and operating profit,we determined the critical point of the breakeven annual production capacity utilization the rate. The overall plan, which has investment 2,898,124,000 yuan, including construction period interest 42,728,100 yuan, the project cost of 1,035,945,000 yuan, is feasible.
