| Large diameter,high pressure,large transmission capacity is the future development trend of natural gas pipeline.The operation of The Second West-East gas pipeline marks China’s beginning of large transport volume in natural gas pipeline.China has been the front ranks of global pipeline builders.The delivery capacity of Chia-Russia east natural gas pipeline engineering is up to 380 bcm per year.Larger gas delivery capacity brings a lot of new challenge to the China’s natural gas pipeline construction.This article take The China-Russia east natural gas pipeline(Heihe-Shenyang)as an example.It verifys The feasibility of using large diameter pipeline from the aspects of technology,economy,construction,equipment manufacturing.The simulation model has been made by using network simulation software called TGNET.The results of different schemes simulation calculation are used in investment estimation.I selected a best scheme from all the ruslts.And I do the adaptability analysis for the recommended scheme in different situation such as low and high monthly average condition and accident conditions.And I do a comprehensive analysis for the recommended solutions.And I verify the feasibility of large diameter pipeline project in manufacturing,construction and other aspects.The diameter of 1422 mm,pressure 12MPa process scheme has better economical efficiency,and it has perfect condition in implementation.China-Russia east using large diameter pipeline overall feasible.When pipeline designed annual gas delivery capacity goes beyond 300 bcm per year,we can focus on the process scheme.which is X80 steel grade,diameter of 1422 mm,pressure 12MPa. |
