Today, as the world economy diversified development and constantly improve people’s living standards, material life has been greatly enriched and meet. But people living environment which is changing, garbage volume increased year by year, especially in economically developed regions and countries, large population base, high quality of life, we have been living in garbage among the siege. Faced with this environment, the government and various groups widespread concern about governance issues of municipal solid waste treatment and living environment. Economically developed regions of China is also faced with how rubbish economy, effectively deal with the problem of pollution, to achieve the harmonious development of economic system and the natural system, seeking to take advantage of garbage waste resource management approach to solve the garbage problem faced.
