Quality Analysis Of "Cosmeceuticals" Based On The Inquiry System Of National Medicine Administration And Improvement Of Supervision Countermeasures

[Purpose]In view of the fact that there are many problems in the market of"cosmeceuticals"in China,such as the confusion of good and bad products and the frequent occurrence of counterfeits and shoddy products,and at the same time,there are some problems in the market supervision,such as single means,insufficient information,lack of standardized and scientific guidance.The current research lacks in-depth analysis on the authoritative data released by the inquiry system of the State Drug Administration in the supervision and sampling work of the“cosmeceuticals”market,especially the relevant quantitative research is not mature.Therefore,this paper constructs the quality model of"pharmaceutical makeup"based on the query system of the State Drug administration,and puts forward the targeted regulatory countermeasures..[Methods]According to the sampling data of"cosmeceuticals"published by the query system of the State Drug Administration from 2017 to 2019 were used.The analysis of quality indicators include:the number of unqualified sampling batches,the proportion of products with specific reasons for non-compliance,and the quality inspection content includes the content of glucocorticoids,antibiotics,heavy metals,etc.First of all,the chi square test correlation analysis method was used to analyze the quality of unqualified“cosmeceuticals”products and the influencing factors such as types and places of origin.The distribution characteristics and related factors of unqualified cosmetics were analyzed.Secondly,the rank sum ratio is introduced to establish the unified dimensionless characterization of the influencing factors,and the quality model of“cosmeceuticals”products is established according to the logistic regression model.Finally,combined with the quality model,the optimal unqualified judgment number of the current“cosmeceuticals”sampling scheme was deduced.[Results]The results of this study mainly included the following aspects:(1)the quality problems of unqualified“cosmeceutical”included suspected counterfeit products,inconsistent labels,detection of glucocorticoids,antibiotics,and excessive heavy metal components;2.The types of“cosmeceutical”products are closely related to quality problems(X~2=2340.5,P<0.01).Combining with the random inspection model of“cosmeceuticals”,suggestions that attention should be pay to key categories,key ingredients,key places of origin,and adjustment of the number of unqualified judgments were proposed for supervision.[Conclusions]The unqualified situation of China’s“cosmeceuticals”is characterized by many varieties,complicated and diverse causes of unqualified quality,and the causes of quality problems are closely related to the types of products.Based on the inquiry system of the State Drug Administration,this study constructs the quality model of“cosmeceuticals”,realizes the classification and sampling of key categories,key components and key producing areas of“cosmeceuticals”,and provides evidence-based basis for the national supervision and control of“cosmeceuticals”.
