Nowadays, people’s production and life has been is closely connected with environmental air quality, under the background of high-speed economic development, constantly build a large number of industrial, traffic in our country, in particulate matter(PM2.5), sulfur dioxide(SO2), carbon monoxide(CO), nitric oxide(NO) and nitrogen dioxide(NO2), nitrogen oxide(NOx).Pollutants such as,these pollutants are the main cause of air pollution, air pollution has increasingly become the focus of attention problems.Urban air quality mainly by the environmental protection monitoring station is responsible for automatic monitoring, monitoring of the air quality data are saved by special environment monitoring institutions processing, the data can be used to assess the city’s air quality. Because the number of these data is very large, difficult to handle, so urgently needed new technology enables decision makers to facilitate clear understanding of the data. This new technology is the visualization technology,its advantage is the result of the data and obtain more convenient, also can to correlation contrast and test results. The visualization algorithm can obtain data and logic of the data set for validation.The main content of this article have background and definition of data visualization development, in the process of using some methods; Then in the rough set and B- P neural network on the basis of air quality forecast model is set up, and introduces the model is how to realize the air quality prediction; Has realized the data pretreatment, based on rough set and neural network prediction, visualize, clustering,and other functions. Forecast data of dynamic visualization by Echarts implementation; Harbin nangang institution of higher learning, chengde, xiangfang red flag, dynamic peace, founding in the tiny, bungalow, hulan teachers can monitoring the seven areas are established to test the air environmental quality of visual clustering analysis model, and implements the data mining process of the model.City ambient air quality was established through this visualized analysis, canprovide the relevant environmental authorities to provide more reference data in Harbin, index. At the same time, to establish and perfect the urban environment air quality data system provides an important train of thought, also for the domestic and foreign cities establish ambient air quality monitoring network played a good lead.
