Big data has attracted more and more attention because of its huge value.To use its value,we must conduct data analysis and data mining.At present large data applications in many areas,but not widely used in the field of industrialization,yet to be developed.In the course of the mill will generate production data stored in the data acquisition card,the amount of information contained in this part of the data is very rich,but because of the large data processing is inconvenient and has not been widely used.This paper to produce cold-rolled unit is based on secondary data,the application of large data analysis theory of mill data for data analysis and data mining.Firstly introduce the Double Cold Reduction Technology and the Double Cold Rolling Mill.Introduce the data composition of the rolling mill including the PDA((Process Data Acquisition)data of the rolling mill,the report data of the rolling mill,the rolling schedule information,the mill vibration data recorded by the rolling mill on-line detection system and so on.To do data extraction work and preliminary data format conversion,and use the MATLAB software to create a man-machine interface for visual processing of rolling data.Secondly Analysis of the various parameters of the rolling mill exit thickness of the strip: correlation analysis of a large number of mill data,study entry strip thickness deviation,the inlet tension,the outlet tension and the influence of variation of the rolling force exit thickness.Solve the friction coefficient of the strip steel,analyze the influencing factors of friction,and research the negative correlation between friction coefficient and rolling speed.Using the neural network algorithm,according to the correlation in the rolling mill data,to determine the rolling schedule.Finally will analysis the data of The Double Cold mill on the nostationaly phase,study the different parameters of the mill,the strip and the friction coefficient changes from different from rolling speed increased and the PID controller’s parameters.For the limitations of the experimental data,create a virtual experiment platform for system modeling through the mill on the AMESim software.The virtual rolling of the strip is performed on the simulation platform to investigate the effect of changes in the PID controller parameters and height of the oil column on the stability of the rolling mill.Looking for a method to make the mill works smoothly,and introduce the Double Cold mill’s work.Research the strip breaking data to finding the factor what have make the strip broken.
