Environmental Education as an important means to solve environmental problems and achieve sustainable development, has been paid more and more attention. As a supplement to School Environmental Education, Environmental Education Base is the responsible for the public environmental education.With the millennium comes, The construction of Environmental Education Base has made rapid progress in China, All of the country have begun to naming and assessment work, and gradually formed a group of distinctive features of Environmental Education Base. However, because of started late of the development, and the lack of management experience and so forth in China,Environmental Education Base failed to give full play to its role, leading to its development lack of stamina, and even face the problem of elimination. For this purpose, this study takes the function as the main goal, and takes the Operation and Management as the breakthrough point to discuss the sustainable development and operation of environmental education base.This study combined with literature research of operations management,analyzes the present situation of the construction of environmental education base in domestic and foreign, using the literature analysis, inductive analysis method, field survey method, case analysis method as research method, environment education base in Guangzhou City as the research object, build up the operations and management system and evaluation system of Implement level for Environmental Education Base.Based on the construction of the operation management system Be aimed at the system in each of the elements on the four types of Current situation of operation management for Environmental Education Base of Guangzhou city to do concrete analysis, sorting out the characteristics in operation mode, funds management, human resources management, promotion and operation, maintenance of environmental protection facilities and soil of Guangzhou Environmental Education Base, and analyse the existence of the problem.Through two typical caseanalysis to explore the rule and experience of the operation and management of the environmental education base in Guangzhou City, and put forward some suggestions on improving the quality of operation and management. Through this research can provide a reference for the environmental education base workers,and puts forward the striving direction of Guangzhou City in the future and provides research ideas for further development, improve level of operation and management for environmental education base.Research results are as follows:(ⅰ):Establish operations management content system of environmental education base, all elements of the system and the perfection of structure is the basis of Environmental Education Base;(ⅱ):The construction management of Guangzhou Environmental Education Base is supported by government departments and all sectors of society, especially for the aspect of the financial support and marketing channels support;(ⅲ):The access condition in capital investment, talent management, promotion and maintenance of facilities for environmental education in Guangzhou City is overall compliance requirements,the management attitude of each environmental education base is more positive;(ⅳ):unite with Guangdong Province and guangzhou city and district environmental protection publicity and education center, should actively cooperate with each environmental education base training management professionals, form a system of personel demand special system, Environmental Education Base should also to actively carry out the assessment and management to promote the development of Guangzhou Environmental Education Base;(v):The operation management of Environmental Education Base should make clear its function orientation, and should avoid the problem of function weakening of environmental education in the future development. |
